Booking Inquiries
Submitting a booking inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or contractual agreement. All booking inquiries are subject to availability and require a separate written agreement before any engagement is confirmed. The Sahku Sheti Ensemble reserves the right to accept or decline any inquiry at its discretion.
Confirmed Bookings
A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a signed performance agreement and receipt of any required deposit as specified in that agreement. Terms of performance, payment schedules, technical requirements, and cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual performance agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, music, logos, and design — is the property of the Sahku Sheti Ensemble or BTO Technology Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
